Caylen joined The Docking Group in 2024. Originally from Kansas City, she joined Baird after graduating from Kansas State University in 2023, where she earned her degree in Business Management. Prior to joining the team full-time, she completed an internship with Baird, gaining valuable experience in client service and financial operations. She is passionate about building strong relationships and providing exceptional support to clients and advisors.
